AACT gets recognition at the Scottish Parliament

Andy Wightman MSP for Lothians has put down a motion in the Scottish Parliament supporting the publication of the Feasibility Study and the prospect for community ownership of the Astley Ainslie site. The motion has already gained impressive cross-party support and we are now actively asking more MSPs to sign-up.

You can access the full wording of the motion here.

That page also lists the MSPs currently support the motion, including the Edinburgh Southern Constituency MSP Daniel Johnson. You can help by contacting your constituency and list MSPs (who you can find here) and asking them to support motion reference S5M-24116.

We hope that this motion will gain enough support to lead to a debate in the Chamber. It will certainly help raise our profile to an important set of stakeholders.
