To help the AGM run more smoothly and ensure it is quorate, we are encouraging AACT Members to vote by proxy ahead of the meeting, irrespective of whether they plan to attend.  Voting by proxy can be done by returning this form: Proxy Voting Form. Copies will be available at the Member’s Meeting on Wednesday 13th November at the Eric Liddell Centre (EH10 4DP), between 7.30-9pm in the Robertson Suite.
